As People and Culture Manager at Equalture, Danielle is in charge of all initiatives around culture and focuses on employee engagement, well-being and recruitment. Previously, she worked as a DE&I advisor at the Dutch Ministry of Defense and was a headhunter for the Management Development Organisation at the Ministery of Internal Affairs.

With years of experience in the field of recruitment, both by starting a recruitment agency as well as being the Co-Founder & CEO of the hiring software company Equalture and her dedication to ensuring equal opportunities in hiring, Charlotte’s knowledge about the importance of neurodiversity within the workplace is thorough.
